Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to hygiene standards, intimate items, including ACTIVI IL Training Shorts, are not eligible for return.

To request a return, log in to your customer account, select the applicable order, and choose the option to request a return. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email. If you’re unable to submit a request through your account, please contact us using our contact form and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
