To be eligible for a return, the return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and the product must be unused. Eligible returns will receive a refund after the product is received and verified. Due to hygiene standards, intimate items, including ACTIVI IL Training Shorts, are excluded from returns.

To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form, providing your order number and a reason for your request, and we will provide further instructions. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. All returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
