We offer free shipping everywhere in the United States for purchases over $100. The expected delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. International shipping is available to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Duties and import taxes are included at checkout.
To be eligible for a return, the return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and the product must be unused. Eligible returns will receive a refund after the product is received and verified. Due to hygiene standards, intimate items, including ACTIVI IL Training Shorts, are excluded from returns.
To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form, providing your order number and a reason for your request, and we will provide further instructions. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. All returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
